1. Nature of delivery
We provide software-development services. Deliverables are digital — source code, deployed applications, and documentation — handed over electronically. No physical goods are shipped.
2. Timelines and milestones
Each project has a timeline agreed in the proposal, typically expressed in weeks and broken into milestones. Smaller tools may take 2–4 weeks; larger platforms run longer. We confirm your specific timeline before work begins and keep you updated as milestones complete.
3. Scope definition
Before building, we turn your requirements into a written scope you approve. This defines what will be delivered, so there are no surprises on either side.
4. Revisions and iteration
Each milestone includes reasonable rounds of revision against the agreed scope. Changes that go beyond the agreed scope are handled as a transparent change order.
5. Acceptance
At each milestone we share a working preview for your review. A milestone is accepted when it meets the agreed scope; we address in-scope issues you raise during review.
6. Delivery format and handover
- Access to the source code repository.
- Deployment of the application to your production environment.
- Documentation needed to operate and maintain the software.
Ownership of the delivered custom work transfers to you on receipt of full payment, as set out in our Terms & Conditions.
7. Post-delivery support
Every engagement includes a support window after go-live to fix defects. Ongoing maintenance beyond that window is available as an optional plan (from 15% of the build per year).
8. Support response times
We acknowledge support requests within one business day during our working hours (Mon–Fri, 10:00–18:00 IST). Critical production issues are prioritised.
